Pros
They offered great bonus pay for referrals and those are the only people they care about and gave any assistance to in their roles. I do not recommend working for this company in any department.
Cons
Management plays favorites. Leadership has no clear plan or direction to enable sales to succeed. Not enough time or runway to allow the reps to learn and be successful. Training was minimal and not effective. Everyone was mislead in the interview process. They said it was a growth year and to focus on pipeline building and then fired or laid people off even when the reps did exactly that. The lack of communication and leadership all the way to the top hindered everyone's ability to execute on this "grand vision" and misguided plan. All talk and zero execution. Not an environment where it felt safe to criticize anything or anyone even if ideas to improve were presented as an alternative.
