Pros

It's pretty cool to be riding the wave of demand for security to stop hackers. We're #1 at protecting online and mobile banking so I feel like we are doing good in the world - like being the police for the internet. The company does a good job of staying on the front edge of innovation in a market that changes very fast.

Cons

It is not easy to keep up with a big number of start-ups that invest a ton in new technologies. The company has a big focus on the EU and a huge, but mostly-untapped opportunity in the U.S.

Pros

OneSpan has a collaborative and welcoming culture, and teams are genuinely supportive and helpful. People are kind, approachable, and open to sharing knowledge, which creates a positive working environment. There is also openness to trying new ideas and exploring fresh approaches, which makes it an exciting place to contribute and grow. Strong cross-functional collaboration and flexibility make it easy to feel supported while doing meaningful work.

Cons

No cons come to mind at this time.

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
