Pros
The advancement ability at OTD is all about where you want to go. There is a career path for nearly anything you would want to do. The company provides a 401k plan, completive benefits and friendly support structure from the CEO on down. There are so many positive things about this company and where I can go, it is hands down the best employer I have ever had. The performance based culture lets me define my future. The culture is deeply rooted in being customer centric and employee focused. The company offers several avenues for personal growth, development, and promotion if you are a self promoter and are willing to put in the time and effort.
Cons
There is still sometimes that "old guard" mentality but the company is transforming itself into something great which is well beyond your typical call center.
