Pros
Money to be made, growth and advancement if you want it. Company tries more than most to meet the increasing demand of US based outsourced call center hours.
Cons
Not so much of a con as a reality of outsourced call center work, you have to be flexible to the demands of the client. Those demands may change monthly. So while you are in the same position your objectives may and will change often and unpredictable.
