Pros
-PTO Racks up quickly -Many opportunities to get promoted -flexible with scheduling and lenient on attendance if it's necessary
Cons
there are incentives that can be earned aside from your base pay, like commissions and bonuses, but the metrics you have to meet seem almost rigged to not be easily achieved lately there's been an attendance crisis so bad that on many occasions entire teams won't show up for work. I won't deny many coworkers have real and personal circumstances that may cause this but the majority have made a habit of showing up or leaving when they please. In turn, this leads to my next point. The few of you that dutifully show up to work will have a lave amount of inbound calls to tackle that will be back-to-back. Cashing out your PTO is a pain; the system you're supposed to submit requests to automatically denies them and you have to go through an undertaking of having to ask your supervisor to notify management so they can revise your denied request
