Pros
Management at some locations are very understanding and willing to work with you if you communicate your situation. For call center reps, the pay is comparable to other call centers in the area and the commission structure is always fair and very attainable.
Cons
The environment in the call center is extremely laid back and it causes some unprofessional behavior on the floor. Any position other than call center rep (including but not limited to, supervisors, Quality, IT, Training) has very low pay and very little area for advancement. I would not recommend this call center if your intention is to advance in your career.
