Pros
it's super fun to sell stuff successfully, but you can find that in any sales job. They have competitions and raffles if you're into that. In my experience i had some pretty cool managers. If you like typing, this is a good place to go.
Cons
Computers are very slow and it can be difficult to actually click on the right thing and switch between chats with multiple people when your mouse is stuttering all over the screen and keyboard input happens 5 seconds after smacking your keys. I constantly seen them firing people without ANY notice to them. They find ways to let people go without legal notice and all that. That's absolutely disgusting. Potentially putting people in horrible financial spots for just the lightest most unexcusable reasons. Just for that alone this place should honestly get 1 star, but 2 will do. Most of the times you find that the reason that somebody gets fired is because of literal workplace drama, and usually it's not reasonable. You better hope that you're self sufficient in this job because any productive help that you receive from management is short lasting, and not that great. They can tell you the basics, or what works for THEM but if you can't take it upon yourself to advance on those basics and find what works for YOU in a ridiculously short time then they will throw you out. (I was not victim to this as i learn very fast, but so many others were.) They can tell you how they sell stuff but they can not teach you how to sell stuff. They will put you in a little island with a bunch of people who also are not doing well, singling you all out, for the purpose of helping you. However they do not actually take care to manage who is really over there consistently helping these people who need help. If you need a job that's going to be there for you in the sense of knowing if you'll have a job the next day or not, do not come here. If you just need a job or you're in a pinch, this is not a bad place. It's moderately enjoyable and definitely livable.
