Pros
The health care benefits are great and priced well. They train you very well for the job.
Cons
Perfection is the standard and they will hunt for any little crumb of a mistake, literally will complain that you didn’t wait long enough between messages with the customer. Then will turn around and say you waited too long. It’s like their job is to find a mistake so no matter what they have to find something. However if you are the highest seller and just killing it they will also not acknowledge it and find something to correct you for. Very, very little encouragement and LOTS OF WHERE MY SALES AT PEOPLE?? Also they screw up your pay constantly and don’t fix it right away. Our commission is contingent on how many devices we sell and we are not paid for devices. We are pushed to sell watches and tablets BIG TIME yet it makes our commissions less since it is divided by number of devices and we aren’t paid by device. Still waiting for pay corrections from months ago. The work itself isn’t bad and I enjoy it when customers aren’t jerks. The management is terrible though and you have no idea who to go to when there is an issue. Everyone pushes the buck along. Any good supervisor won’t stay more than 6 months.
