Pros
OTD can be very laid-back and relaxed. Truly a different pace for a call center versus others I have experienced. I do believe there are some managers who truly care for the staff.
Cons
A place that does not respect nor value their employees whatsoever. Call centers have notoriously high turnover just due to the nature of the job but that doesn’t mean you should treat your employees as expendable. Management and leadership is unethical, the way they talk about their employees behind closed doors, the truly awful acts they condone for top performing sales people and their complete lack of any diversity is appalling. I know some people will still work here because they need a job, times are challenging but I strongly urge anyone considering this place to ask the hard questions in their interviews. Be sure that whatever client you end up working for has effective leadership.
