Pros

inbound calls, and you meet amazing co workers who always make sure you have the correct information to provide to our customers.

Cons

the supervisors never do there job, the commision structure changes every 3-4 weeks, there's alot of term shifts, the benefits are expensive, and the team leads socialize more with eachother then helping team members out and they're always firing and hiring people or people are always quitting because it's not worth the stress.

some people seem like they care

it feels like gaslighting and people say you will get a raise or promotion then you never do but they keep saying to wait
