Pros

Good training program prior to being on the Contact Center floor taking calls

Cons

After trying to grow too fast they had too many Supervisors and not enough Reps. Instead of keeping staff while building staff, they let Supervisors go.

Relish and free meals they provide as a courtesy

Cons

No room for growth by performance its how much they like you Targeting and harassment run rampant unless you're to yourself
