Pros
PROS: Can make a lot of money. Co-workers are friendly and help full If you make a lot of sales, they allow you a very flexible schedule.
Cons
CONS: Management is poor. They have spiffs all the time but hardly pay them out correctly. Constantly changing the commission structure depending on company needs even though it hurts the agents. Make sure you look at your check closely, I have had at least 15% of checks incorrect. They do eventually fix it but you might have to fight for it.
