Pros
Job offered decent income and great commission opportunities. Work at home was easy to access as long as you have a strong internet connection.
Cons
Promotions and Raises were only eligible if you worked on site. Company pays more on site vs work at home. Sales and commission can be stripped from you if you don't meet the minimum scheduled hours. A lot of problems with the order system that caused to lose sales. Commission structure constantly changes making it difficult for agent to meet their goals. Employees always had to calculate their own commission because the commission checks always come back invalid.
