Pros

Benefits after 90 days, pay is decent (to me), work environment can be fun sometimes.

Cons

30 minute lunch and a (newly changed) 10 minute paid break, supervisors expect you to follow that strictly, will hound you if you use the bathroom often (because it comes out of your pay), policies always change sometimes without notice, commission structure changes literally every month, no schedule flexibility (everybody in my dept has a night shift) so schedule adherence can be impossible at times. Also parking is a pain, you may have to park at a building you don't even work at and walk across the parking lot to go into the main door. And they tell you not to use the front doors to get into the building or the one closest to the parking lot.

Relish and free meals they provide as a courtesy

Cons

No room for growth by performance its how much they like you Targeting and harassment run rampant unless you're to yourself
