Good benefits if you last 90 days.

Cons

Tremendous turnover due to poor working conditions. If you are at your work station, but not on a sales call, like doing follow-up, system shuts down, and you're not being paid. Be diligent because if you don't have in enough hours, it affects your pay, benefits, performance. Yes, you can get fired for that! They like to use people as examples as scare tactics for those who stay behind.

No room for growth by performance its how much they like you Targeting and harassment run rampant unless you're to yourself
