Pros
Some of the managers are helpful and willing to work with you. Training was good.
Cons
Some managers don't know what they're doing due to being under qualified. Some have power trips and is making the same as the agents on the floor. The pay is the lowest out of all the call centers I have ever worked for. You only get one 10 min break and 30 min lunch for working an 8 hour shift.
