      Open to creative, out-of-the-box solutions to get the job done. Will provide the latest software to use in a timely manner. Flexible, able to "do it your way", so long as the client is pleased with the results

      Cons

      You had better be plug-and-play. If you are not plug-and-play, you had better train yourself pretty quickly. Average to below average compensation.

      No pros to mention about the place or people.

      Cons

      People are not friendly, company doesn’t like change and your new modern ideas are not welcome, poor benefits, IT department sucks-Their solution for everything is restart your computer, management is clueless, people do not like new people and pushes them out.
