Thank you for sharing your experience with us. While it's great to hear you enjoyed working with the people and saw the value of our product in the market, it's disappointing to learn you didn't enjoy working at OneTrust. OneTrust has always been an adaptable company. While we started in the privacy space and created a new category of software, we have since evolved into so much more. We owe it to our customers to shift as technology, society, and regulations shift as well. We have always been in the business of helping organizations use data responsibly, and with the advancements in AI, we know this challenge will only become more complex. OneTrust is the solution for AI-ready governance, and we are confident in the leaders who are helping us lay the foundation for long-term success. Most recently, we've brought in a new Chief Technology and Product Officer who has already shown a ton of positive momentum with the development of our solutions and how our R&D team is structured. We have also introduced new culture initiatives to give our people the opportunity to celebrate together. One of these ways is through our CEO's quarterly Excellence Awards where he recognizes and rewards employees in the companywide All Hands. Additionally, we have regional OneClubs and global ETGs that provide fun and/or educational programming and events for our employees. We know there is always room to improve, and we expect our people will continue to bring great ideas to the business both internally and externally so that our customers and employees can have the best experience possible. We wish you the best in your next chapter.

Pros

Unfortunately there isn't anything worth highlighting. If you are actively interviewing at OneTrust, I would encourage you to carefully read through the reviews. There are several red flags that I wish I would have been aware of prior to joining.

Cons

- Unsustainable turnover and bad leadership: The CEO, CRO, CFO, and CTO abruptly quit shortly after I started. There is extremely high turnover across all teams (particularly in GTM). Favoritism runs rampant, especially with tenured leaders. - Lack of job security and stability: At the beginning of this year, several of my peers were impacted by a reduction in force. This unfortunately appears to be a common occurrence at the start of the fiscal year. OneTrust is a revolving door for top talent. - Poor compensation: The bonus pool was slashed a few weeks after being announced at a company all-hands. This money was allegedly invested elsewhere (unclear where though). There is no equity refresh for existing employees and merit increases were far and few between this year. - Lack of diversity: Despite being headquartered in Atlanta, there are no black c-suite members. The board has no female members. Diversity is limited at the most senior leadership levels.
