Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are happy to hear that your coworkers’ abilities met your expectations. We take a lot of pride in hiring the best. Transparency and communication have been a major point of emphasis since OneTrust was founded in 2016. Since our inception, we have launched a number of initiatives to help maintain that emphasis. You’ll see this commitment during our monthly All-Hands meetings, our Ask Me Anything sessions with CEO, Kabir Barday, and various other opportunities to let your voice be heard whether it be the more traditional engagement with your HR Business Partner or, as we have been encouraged, directly to Kabir himself. Additionally, we are currently evaluating and making additions to our Employee Engagement efforts in an attempt to provide employees with the ability to play an increasingly active role in development and fine tuning of various processes and policies. As an industry leader we understand the need to constantly step back and take a look at the efficacy of previous initiatives. As a company we are committed to constant improvement for our employees and customers as well as a culture of high performance and execution.
