Pros
- Great product vision - Interesting field of work (ESG, Climate, Compliance, Ethics) - International company with high growth Ambitions
Cons
- Management is outstandingly bad. I have never seen so many C-Level positions and titles, yet they have no sense for what the company or the clients needs. - Everything is pointed to one thing and one thing only: the IPO. This target has paramount. Everything else is considered less important and the corporate values are only existing on paper. - Pretty much everyone you work with has given up personal drive & ambitions. Most people either stay because they don't have a new job or because they make good money at the moment or because they hope to get rich with the IPO. All personal motivations to do good with what one does have been suffocated over the years. - The products are sometimes not market-ready (!). While some modules work quite well, others are not meeting customer requirements or are basically not finished beta versions. Still, in the name of growth and the IPO, sales is pushed to sell these solutions. - The company itself doesn't use it's own solutions. Therefore, e.g. ESG or ethics are not lived.
