Pros
At times I worked alongside many good people. Fortunately the vast majority have been able to resign, those that remain typically feel trapped, either by false promises or complex personal circumstances.
Cons
Directionless, priorities change hour to hour. No internal communication, all decisions are made without consultation by the ever expanding C suite leaving front line staff left to suffer the consequences/workload. Hire ~1000 people to sack them months later - twice. CEO cannot be trusted - says one thing and means another - unable to front up to criticism and shirks moral obligations - pretends the past (often days previously) has never happened. Blinded by his own greed and power. The only things that matter to this company are selling, even in immoral circumstances, and their IPO. If you enjoy misery, being lied to and existing as a total irrelevance to your employer, then this is the company for you.
