Pros

Good benefits but! who knows when they will change it as they are always struggling to get things right, last thing I knew is that they advertise unlimited holiday but if you take more than 30 days they will investigate you for going over the threshold, good platform flexible hours and work from home, great talent and good team.

Cons

CEO is unprofessional to the point he does not bring the bad news, he always sends his minions to do the dirty job for him, he told everyone the company was doing amazing and 3 weeks after they announced they will need to layoff 35% headcount of employees (second layoff in less than 2 years, he is burning cash like there is no tomorrow and in the last announcement they cancel the annual compensation review for a year, the work overloaded and the uncertainty inside the company is getting people frustrated and the cherry on top is when you ask managers how the future looks like, they have no idea. The Uk team had the visit of the CEO (Kabir Barday), and when people ask him what are the next steps for keeping employees motivated his answer was “We have nothing planned for now”. Do yourself a favor and please avoid at all costs working for Kabir or Onetrust, this is the last thing you want to do in your professional career.

Pros

Unfortunately there isn't anything worth highlighting. If you are actively interviewing at OneTrust, I would encourage you to carefully read through the reviews. There are several red flags that I wish I would have been aware of prior to joining.

Cons

- Unsustainable turnover and bad leadership: The CEO, CRO, CFO, and CTO abruptly quit shortly after I started. There is extremely high turnover across all teams (particularly in GTM). Favoritism runs rampant, especially with tenured leaders. - Lack of job security and stability: At the beginning of this year, several of my peers were impacted by a reduction in force. This unfortunately appears to be a common occurrence at the start of the fiscal year. OneTrust is a revolving door for top talent. - Poor compensation: The bonus pool was slashed a few weeks after being announced at a company all-hands. This money was allegedly invested elsewhere (unclear where though). There is no equity refresh for existing employees and merit increases were far and few between this year. - Lack of diversity: Despite being headquartered in Atlanta, there are no black c-suite members. The board has no female members. Diversity is limited at the most senior leadership levels.
