Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you were able to find a lot of learning opportunities when you were a UI Developer at OneTrust. That's one of our favorite aspects of our culture; the growth and career development that happens here is unlike that of other companies. We know businesses are looking to someone to help them become more trusted with their customers and employees in data privacy, governance, ethics, and ESG. OneTrust has happily stepped up to meet that need. We're defining the Trust Intelligence market with our first-of-its-kind product, the Trust Intelligence Platform, and with that comes immense opportunities to innovate, learn, and succeed. The best part? We've only just scratched the surface. There's a huge total addressable market at our fingertips, and we couldn't be more excited about OneTrust's trajectory. We continue to build our teams globally and enhance our internal processes and culture, and we look forward to the valuable work our people will do in the future.

Pros

Unfortunately there isn't anything worth highlighting. If you are actively interviewing at OneTrust, I would encourage you to carefully read through the reviews. There are several red flags that I wish I would have been aware of prior to joining.

Cons

- Unsustainable turnover and bad leadership: The CEO, CRO, CFO, and CTO abruptly quit shortly after I started. There is extremely high turnover across all teams (particularly in GTM). Favoritism runs rampant, especially with tenured leaders. - Lack of job security and stability: At the beginning of this year, several of my peers were impacted by a reduction in force. This unfortunately appears to be a common occurrence at the start of the fiscal year. OneTrust is a revolving door for top talent. - Poor compensation: The bonus pool was slashed a few weeks after being announced at a company all-hands. This money was allegedly invested elsewhere (unclear where though). There is no equity refresh for existing employees and merit increases were far and few between this year. - Lack of diversity: Despite being headquartered in Atlanta, there are no black c-suite members. The board has no female members. Diversity is limited at the most senior leadership levels.

We recognize that periods of organizational change can create uncertainty and impact how employees experience the company. Feedback regarding leadership, communication, career experience, and inclusion is important to us, and we remain committed to listening, learning, and improving in each of these areas. Like many companies, we regularly evaluate our organizational needs to best serve our customers and to position the company for long-term success. We acknowledge the contributions of those that have been part of the OneTrust team and wish them the very best in their future endeavors. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.
