Pros

The PTO benefits were good, decent overall coverage for other things.

Cons

Untrustworthy management, can’t even be called leaders since it’s just people with high titles that don’t even know how to properly manage a team. If you don’t suck up you’ll get let go regardless of how a worker you are. Toxic environment.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback. Our global workforce receives Flexible PTO, also known as Unlimited PTO, to encourage them to take time away from the office when they need to. And this benefit is only getting better! OneTrust just announced that in 2024, they will offer companywide recharge days and a volunteer day off so that our teams have more designated time away from the office. OneTrust is currently undergoing a shift from start-up to scale-up. We've brought in tons of leaders to build out our Executive team and other management roles. These are proven, experienced leaders who have come from other successful tech companies. With a more complete management team, including diverse perspectives and experiences, we can deliver the best product for our customers and can improve our employee experience through challenges. Our executives have also made themselves available for conversations with employees through AMA sessions, fireside chats, ETG meetings, and more; this gives our people transparency directly from leadership. Thanks again for sharing your feedback.

Pros

Unfortunately there isn't anything worth highlighting. If you are actively interviewing at OneTrust, I would encourage you to carefully read through the reviews. There are several red flags that I wish I would have been aware of prior to joining.

Cons

- Unsustainable turnover and bad leadership: The CEO, CRO, CFO, and CTO abruptly quit shortly after I started. There is extremely high turnover across all teams (particularly in GTM). Favoritism runs rampant, especially with tenured leaders. - Lack of job security and stability: At the beginning of this year, several of my peers were impacted by a reduction in force. This unfortunately appears to be a common occurrence at the start of the fiscal year. OneTrust is a revolving door for top talent. - Poor compensation: The bonus pool was slashed a few weeks after being announced at a company all-hands. This money was allegedly invested elsewhere (unclear where though). There is no equity refresh for existing employees and merit increases were far and few between this year. - Lack of diversity: Despite being headquartered in Atlanta, there are no black c-suite members. The board has no female members. Diversity is limited at the most senior leadership levels.
