Pros

- One Trust does offer a competitive salary - Depending on your team, you are able to take time off when you need it - My current manager and immediate team is amazing!

Cons

- Executive leadership is tone deaf to the true problems of the organization. -Keep hiring more executives, instead of focusing on the product issues that exist, or the overall lack of company culture. Leadership was so focused on sales and trying to go public in the future, that they forgot about how to deliver satisfaction to the customer base or how to keep their current employees happy. -Lack of scoping/understanding customers needs for the new Ethics modules they promoted/sold - which created frustrations for customers, product teams, and implementation teams -Lack of support and processes internally - Huge loss of culture after acquiring other companies and after layoffs -Internal communication is often mismanaged

Thank you for sharing your experience. While we are happy to see you love your salary and working with your immediate team, it's unfortunate to see your time as an Implementation Consultant hasn't met your expectations. Our leaders have recently shifted our company strategy to ensure all stakeholders of OT love OneTrust. Within the past year, they introduced a set of values, principles, and behaviors to guide us along the way. We know there is a lot of work to do, and that's why our People leadership has committed to regular, anonymous employee engagement surveys to learn if and how we're missing the mark as we continue to implement new processes and changes. That said, our company believes in the knowledge of our employees, and we invite them at all levels to make recommendations and run with projects so that they can be involved from the beginning. Thanks again for sharing your perspective.

Pros

Unfortunately there isn't anything worth highlighting. If you are actively interviewing at OneTrust, I would encourage you to carefully read through the reviews. There are several red flags that I wish I would have been aware of prior to joining.

Cons

- Unsustainable turnover and bad leadership: The CEO, CRO, CFO, and CTO abruptly quit shortly after I started. There is extremely high turnover across all teams (particularly in GTM). Favoritism runs rampant, especially with tenured leaders. - Lack of job security and stability: At the beginning of this year, several of my peers were impacted by a reduction in force. This unfortunately appears to be a common occurrence at the start of the fiscal year. OneTrust is a revolving door for top talent. - Poor compensation: The bonus pool was slashed a few weeks after being announced at a company all-hands. This money was allegedly invested elsewhere (unclear where though). There is no equity refresh for existing employees and merit increases were far and few between this year. - Lack of diversity: Despite being headquartered in Atlanta, there are no black c-suite members. The board has no female members. Diversity is limited at the most senior leadership levels.
