Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The people at OneTrust are one of the main reasons a role at OT is so exciting. They're driven to a common mission and bring unique perspectives and experience. Without them, OneTrust wouldn't be the successful tech company it is today, and our OneTrust leaders are extremely grateful for their continuous hard work.
Our Executive Leadership team believes OneTrust should be a place where our people can do their best work. We know there's still work to be done to get there, but they have made a lot of enhancements on teams recently to make this a reality consistently across all teams. They have built out the People team more to support benefits enhancements (including 14+ weeks of parental leave and Modern Health), to conduct regular anonymous employee engagement surveys for soliciting employee feedback, to support the employee experience (hiring our first Director of Employee Experience in March 2024), and to enable performance management at all levels.
OneTrust isn't the same company it was when it started in 2016. We have evolved our solutions over time to meet market demand, and it's come with a lot of external and internal changes. We've transitioned from the traditional start-up to a scale-up. We're on a journey to maturity and long-term growth, and this is a natural trajectory for a successful tech company like ours. We are sure there will be more changes in the future as regulations, technology, and society continue to shift, and OneTrust is committed to providing the right lovable, usable solutions to our 14,000+ customers as these changes take place. This dynamic environment is what makes working at OneTrust fun, and we look forward to the future.
