We're happy you see the value in our product as well especially as a Customer Experience team member. We've made positive strides toward becoming a generational company because of our successful products. We're true market leaders in a space that matters.
It's disappointing to see that you had a negative experience with OneTrust's performance management process. We believe career progression and advancement can happen in a number of ways - through new assignments or rotational opportunities, learning new skills, exposure to new customers or problems to solve, and promotions. When you’re defining and operating in a dynamic market there are no shortage of those opportunities. We became a market leader by challenging ourselves, learning every day, and never being satisfied. In the past few performance review cycles, many of our team members were also promoted or moved laterally into new roles within the company. We will continue to promote these opportunities and other career development offerings in the future.
