Thank you for sharing your perspective. It's disappointing to read your poor experience in OneTrust's culture. The company has gone through a lot of change over the years, especially recently. We just realigned our organization around our core product strategy. Like many companies, we regularly assess our organizational needs to best serve our customers and position the company for long-term success. This realignment is aimed at significantly enhancing our speed, responsiveness, and flexibility. While this transition brings change, it also presents immense opportunities. Our commitment to supporting our customers remains unwavering, and we are confident that we will continue to foster greater innovation, success, and sustained growth. We recognize these types of changes can create shifts in a company's culture, and OneTrust is no exception to that norm. We will continue to provide opportunities for employees to hear from leaders regularly and to give all employees the option to submit anonymous feedback via engagement surveys. Our leaders acknowledge there's more work to do to get to where we want to go, and we look forward to hearing more from our people to get there together.

Pros

Unfortunately there isn't anything worth highlighting. If you are actively interviewing at OneTrust, I would encourage you to carefully read through the reviews. There are several red flags that I wish I would have been aware of prior to joining.

Cons

- Unsustainable turnover and bad leadership: The CEO, CRO, CFO, and CTO abruptly quit shortly after I started. There is extremely high turnover across all teams (particularly in GTM). Favoritism runs rampant, especially with tenured leaders. - Lack of job security and stability: At the beginning of this year, several of my peers were impacted by a reduction in force. This unfortunately appears to be a common occurrence at the start of the fiscal year. OneTrust is a revolving door for top talent. - Poor compensation: The bonus pool was slashed a few weeks after being announced at a company all-hands. This money was allegedly invested elsewhere (unclear where though). There is no equity refresh for existing employees and merit increases were far and few between this year. - Lack of diversity: Despite being headquartered in Atlanta, there are no black c-suite members. The board has no female members. Diversity is limited at the most senior leadership levels.
