Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's great to see you had a lot of learning opportunities at OneTrust. We completely agree with you; from our modern tech stack to our innovative approach, there's no shortage of opportunities to learn and grow. We're happy you enjoyed the office environment, culture, and health benefits as well. It's disappointing you didn't experience a healthy work/life balance. OneTrust employees receive unlimited PTO to help achieve a healthy balance both in and out of the office. We also expect our employees to be stewards of their own time off. We have recently realigned our organization around our core product strategy. Like many companies, we regularly assess our organizational needs to best serve our customers and position the company for long-term success. This realignment is aimed at significantly enhancing our speed, responsiveness, and flexibility. The restructuring was carefully considered, and we repositioned many employees into new business units and roles to minimize the impact on our workforce. Unfortunately, some employees were affected, and we have supported them through this transition. While this transition brings change, it also presents immense opportunities. Our commitment to supporting our customers remains unwavering, and we are confident that we will continue to foster greater innovation, success, and sustained growth.

Pros

Unfortunately there isn't anything worth highlighting. If you are actively interviewing at OneTrust, I would encourage you to carefully read through the reviews. There are several red flags that I wish I would have been aware of prior to joining.

Cons

- Unsustainable turnover and bad leadership: The CEO, CRO, CFO, and CTO abruptly quit shortly after I started. There is extremely high turnover across all teams (particularly in GTM). Favoritism runs rampant, especially with tenured leaders. - Lack of job security and stability: At the beginning of this year, several of my peers were impacted by a reduction in force. This unfortunately appears to be a common occurrence at the start of the fiscal year. OneTrust is a revolving door for top talent. - Poor compensation: The bonus pool was slashed a few weeks after being announced at a company all-hands. This money was allegedly invested elsewhere (unclear where though). There is no equity refresh for existing employees and merit increases were far and few between this year. - Lack of diversity: Despite being headquartered in Atlanta, there are no black c-suite members. The board has no female members. Diversity is limited at the most senior leadership levels.
