Pros

-Flexible vacation -Co-workers are good people

Cons

-You will not be rewarded for your work unless you're in sales -You can have positive reviews three years running but only get one 2% raise in that time -A department will let go of four people, then two positions will be posted for that exact department to cut the high salaries and higher two people for even less but spread the work of those four people between them -You will be asked to take on more and more as your team is trimmed down, you will not be promoted and you will not receive a raise for this -Don't hold out hope for a job description, what you're hired for and what you eventually end up doing will not exactly meet -Don't expect your managers to have a clue what's coming next

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While it's nice to see you enjoy your coworkers and flexible PTO, it's disappointing to hear about your negative overall experience at OneTrust. Over the past handful of years, OneTrust has gone through a lot of change to enhance our solutions, flexibility, responsiveness, and speed. All of these changes have been in response to shifts in the market - what our customers need, how technology has evolved, and what regulations require. These necessary pivots in our strategy make our environment dynamic, and we recognize that's not the right working environment for everyone. For those who are excited to roll up their sleeves and build a foundation for what we hope to be a generational software company someday, OneTrust is the perfect place to bring your career to learn, grow, and influence. Our leadership team holds a quarterly Culture & Coffee session for all employees globally to hear directly from our executives about updates on our culture, employee experience, and more. In last week's session, multiple teams were recognized for their great work in our Value Spotlight Awards, including Professional Services, Information Security, and Collections. We also learned about the new Leadership Foundations program that our people managers will be taking this year. Our L&D team is excited to roll this out to bring consistency to our employee experience. Like many companies, we regularly evaluate our organizational needs to best serve our customers and to position the company for long-term success. We acknowledge the contributions of those that have been part of the OneTrust team and wish them the very best in their future endeavors.

Pros

Unfortunately there isn't anything worth highlighting. If you are actively interviewing at OneTrust, I would encourage you to carefully read through the reviews. There are several red flags that I wish I would have been aware of prior to joining.

Cons

- Unsustainable turnover and bad leadership: The CEO, CRO, CFO, and CTO abruptly quit shortly after I started. There is extremely high turnover across all teams (particularly in GTM). Favoritism runs rampant, especially with tenured leaders. - Lack of job security and stability: At the beginning of this year, several of my peers were impacted by a reduction in force. This unfortunately appears to be a common occurrence at the start of the fiscal year. OneTrust is a revolving door for top talent. - Poor compensation: The bonus pool was slashed a few weeks after being announced at a company all-hands. This money was allegedly invested elsewhere (unclear where though). There is no equity refresh for existing employees and merit increases were far and few between this year. - Lack of diversity: Despite being headquartered in Atlanta, there are no black c-suite members. The board has no female members. Diversity is limited at the most senior leadership levels.
