Pros
Health insurance is about the only great benefit that stands out. Few people are passionate and kind to work with.
Cons
No work life balance, PTO is horrible, after almost a year, only was able to accumulate about 3.5 days. You better be passionate because pay here is horrible unless you are a physician. Not really fulfilling, I would try another non-profit.
