Pretty much zero - was never allowed to do my job correctly and was frequently told I'd be judged based on ridiculous criteria that had nothing to do with my job. Was asked at one point to risk my life driving in horrible weather amid a myriad of accidents despite the fact that we could all perform our jobs safely at home.
Cons
Was asked several times to do my job incorrectly, and when I spoke up I was told I was no longer allowed into meetings with the sales director because I was "too argumentative" -- AKA too female with an opinion. That sums up every attempt I made to do my job correctly at this company. Also, pretty sure earning were withheld illegally.
