As with any new venture, there are many things that need to be worked out and can be painful at times, but the intentions and intelligence driving the decisions are very good. Montrose is a big company, but it still manages to maintain the small company feel. The CEO and VP make themselves available to all employees, regardless of their rank. During acquisitions, they have been careful to maintain top talent, which has resulted in a wealth of knowledge from upper management about the various scientific methods used.
