      Pros

      I'm given autonomy but support is always there if I need it. Really friendly colleagues. No day is the same - lots of interesting projects to work on. Growing rapidly so lots of opportunity for personal development and benefitting from the goal share bonus scheme. Very un-hierarchical culture. Flexible working.

      Cons

      Things can be a little hectic as everyone's very busy but the atmosphere and work doesn't suffer - it's an excited, frenetic buzz rather than stressful chaos.
