Wonderful staff who work together. Good benefits.

Cons

Yuma in general is a seasonal location to work. Tons of work in the winter and call offs in the summer because our tourist population dwindles.

COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED !! The coding dept placed me in a role that I'd never done before, but I conquered it and learned it, without any assistance from the company
