      Pros

      I really like that it is a small community with a lot of outdoor activities. Also, the hospital goes out of its way to be a partner with the surrounding community. People tend to treat each other with quite a bit of respect, sometimes that is lost in larger hospital systems. Finally, the proximity to so many beautiful places( San Diego; Phoenix, Sedona, Grand Canyon) is a bonus to living and working here!

      Cons

      It can get hot! It could take some getting used to if you prefer a larger city.

      decent pay, decent benefits and PTO

      COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED !! The coding dept placed me in a role that I'd never done before, but I conquered it and learned it, without any assistance from the company
