Great senior leadership that follows the mission. I’ve watched the CEO make really hard choices. He always chooses what’s best for the patient; even if it costs the organization a lot of money.

Cons

A few of the middle managers need help but this is the case in every organization.

COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED !! The coding dept placed me in a role that I'd never done before, but I conquered it and learned it, without any assistance from the company
