High staff turnover Rotating shifts and every other weekend. Frequent job duty rotation. Split days off when working weekends Very high workload in the winter months Can force vacation days during slow periods Most technicians have only retail experience and inconsistent training CEO attempted to merge with for-profit despite no benefit to the hospital and disapproval from community/staff (likely for his own financial benefit)
