Pros
Fun events within the office and nice staff, very supporting staff and leadership. Lots of training and information to support your duties. Pleasant co-workers and department employees become family. Everyone is hard working and goes above and beyond for each other.
Cons
growth is hard to do within the department, policies are unreliable to go off, and productivity and being one top is the main focus which leaves hard working staff exhausted, stressed, and unhappy. The pay is very low for how hard the employee's work, and the turn over rate is high.
