      Management seems to go the extra mile to NOT communicate important information pertinent to job duties and processes. IT department needs improvement.

      COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED !! The coding dept placed me in a role that I'd never done before, but I conquered it and learned it, without any assistance from the company
