Pros

They throw money at everything, including their Executives. So, I guess it's good some of it might get on you. There are good people here trying to do good work.

Cons

Where do I start? It's all bad. Their HR department is basically worthless, too many leadership changes because the ones who try to stand up for the right thing get fired. They say they want positive change, but aren't willing to do anything about it. Executives are super toxic and focused only on profit and growth. Disfunction, lies, all affecting the patient. It's horrible. I only hope another healthcare company comes to Yuma to challenge this monopoly. DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB HERE! DO NOT MOVE TO YUMA FOR A JOB HERE! Just run and count your blessings. I pray for those good people who still work in this horribly toxic culture!

Cons

Work/Life balance must be structured from day one.

decent pay, decent benefits and PTO

Cons

COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED !! The coding dept placed me in a role that I'd never done before, but I conquered it and learned it, without any assistance from the company
