Run - Awful Employer - Recruiter Onward Healthcare Employee Review

Onward was bad on it's own and many employees were not happy. After AMN acquired them, it became worse. I did not think it was possible, but it happened. May employees left. The pay for internal employees is so low that basic expenses go unmet. Upper management is unprofessional and can benefit from leadership training. Management plays favorites and the politics are bringing down morale. Most recruiters are unprofessional, not trained well and end up leaving in less than 90 days.
