Favoritism...leads were not distributed fairly, with the new people given year old databases to try to bring life to...No flexibility for personal emergencies, an unbelievably low commission structure that wasn't disclosed upon hiring but was disclosed after day 3 of training. I should have realized that there is a reason that they are ALWAYS hiring recruiters!!
