4yThank you so much for the review and the kind words. I appreciate your observation of all that we are doing to make Onward a disruptive and innovative force in our industry. I keep a master list of all of the ideas, thoughts and concerns that are shared with me and our Senior Leadership Team. That list is prioritized regularly and solutions are launched to address each, ensuring our employees are heard. I am happy to share the various compensation exercises that we do quarterly to ensure our compensation models are both competitive and that we maintain 100% pay parity (something I am extremely proud of!).
