My manager is approachable, supportive and genuinely cares about me - personally and professionally. Work-life balance is a huge focus at Onward. The remote work option is huge in allowing me a greater work-life balance, while still hitting my deadlines and delivering my work. Great benefits and PTO offerings. Cons
The company went through a recent re-organization. There is always fear with change, however I truly believe this re-organization was the right move for the company and will position Onward for more success in the future.
