<pre>• Key performance indicators (KPIs) are unproven, based on verbal recollections rather than verifiable records. • The KPIs do not create an individual's ability to make money for the company. • Unproven KPIs cannot be adapted to changing markets. • Maintaining meaningful interactions takes a back seat to quantifiable KPI busy work. • The average estimated amount of time required per week to complete KPIs and related actions is 49 hours. • Constant changes require extra adaptability around processes, inconsistent standards, and attrition. • The technology is self-described as "cutting edge" but that is not the definition. Multiple segregated apps require repetitive manual mouse movements and clicks. • Training is limited. Figure it out, or wait for eventual help. • They are top-heavy. The company-provided LinkedIn stats indicate that senior management numbers rarely change but those below are churned and burned. Median employee tenure is 2.2 years.</pre>
