Pros
We used to have the ability to collaborate and speak our minds. Things were not perfect but they are steeply headed south now.
Cons
New leadership team at Ookla (CEO, HR) are on a witch-hunt to get rid of anyone who speaks against them or speaks for something they are opposed to. They are also intent to get rid of anyone that is looked as being loyal to the old leadership team and it has been a Salem witch hunt in that regard, continuing to get worse by the DAY. It has become a culture of fear, aggression and CYA. There are still a few people left who care for people and care about the company but I doubt they will be able to stay for long. It is a 0 star company at this point. Stay FAR away.
