Pros
- On location managers tend to be a net positive. - Your local leaders are what actually drive things to get done thankfully. - The people you work with on the day to day are amazing, kind, and friendly. - Job really isn’t that difficult - Work life balance is actually pretty great - Time off package isn’t bad - Health insurance is actually not bad - 401k match is average
Cons
- Executive Leadership Team is hilariously disconnected from the reality on the ground. - The CEO is living in his own little world seemingly just cashing his bonus checks and ignoring everything else. - The word is that entry level new hires are being offered more than people who have been with OpSec for 2+ years and morale is tanking. - No desire to address the aforementioned supposed pay gap which means important internal knowledge is just pouring out the door as the experienced folks head for greener pastures. - Input and suggestions from anyone that isn’t on the executive leadership team appears to be ignored. - Pay raises are pitiful when they do happen. - Meaningful pay raises are only possible if promoted. - In the current structure, for most positions, you can only be promoted past a certain point if someone leaves or themselves is promoted out of that position.
