Pros
I have learned how to NOT run a company
Cons
-"leadership" does not listen to employees or customers , a goldfish would do a better job as a leader -employee morale is super low and "leadership"'s answer is "just because you think something is the case, doesn't mean it's true" -"leadership" takes no accountability for any faults or issues -software is mostly broken, company does not care to fix it -overload employees with hours with a failure to understand this leaves no time to be proactive for clients -much top talent and years of knowledge in the space has left the company -Company refused to give raises during pandemic although the CEO let it be known that he got his annual bonus due to "your hard work" and said so to a room of people that hadn't seen a raise in two years -very little room for growth / promotions -communication is almost non existent, and in the few times it does happen is very out of touch and demanding -every idea is so short term minded, there is no long term direction -company has no clear direction , and likely looking to outsource jobs as a result -employees are not valued, and all are seen as easily replaceable -culture is "do as i say, not as i do" -company would use .5 ply TP if they could. Would do anything to save a dollar, but then goes and spends tens of thousands on consultants to put together powerpoints that any high school student could produce - took away 4 days of PTO in the last year - insurance prices increased year over year (without raises)
