Pros
Co-workers are very nice and everyone gets along well. Direct supervisors are great too, and most of them started as analysts so they understand problems, etc and there is no disconnect Good work-life balance most of the time
Cons
Terrible ELT Profits over employees. Raises averaged 2.5%, no bonuses were given for the last few years, and the company's holiday gift to its employees was $15 worth of random stuff. The company is going through a large amount of attrition because the pay and benefits are both bad, and while most employees are in support of (at least the choice to) work-from-home, the company is pushing us into the office more and more. When attrition is brought up, the ELT addresses it by saying they can always backfill. They absolutely do not value low and mid level employees. If you need a job out of college and want to get into the industry, it's an ok place to start. But for anyone with aspirations, or anyone who supports a family, this is NOT a career.
